One of the primary objectives of the Microelectronics Laboratory is to foster the growth of microelectronics education in universities across the country, with a particular focus on Mindanao. The aim is to empower these institutions to establish their own microelectronics programs, thereby contributing to the broader visibility and development of the field. In line with this mission, MSU-IIT has established partnerships with various universities, offering support to their faculty members in launching microelectronics initiatives. This support includes assistance with curriculum development, the provision of essential seminars, training sessions, and workshops, as well as collaborative engagement on research projects. In addition to that, the laboratory has also forged international partnerships to enhance its capabilities and uphold global standards within the field of microelectronics.
